If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide you with a flexible return and exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure that your return and exchange request is processed smoothly.

  1. Return Policy
    1.1 Return Conditions
    ● Return Time: You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
    ● Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original labels and instructions.
    ● Items that are not eligible for return: For hygiene and safety reasons, unopened food products, personal care products once opened, and special customized products are not eligible for return.
    1.2 Return Process
    ● Apply for a return: Please contact our customer service team via email and provide your order number and reason for return.
    ● Obtain authorization: We will respond to you within 24 hours after receiving your application and provide a return authorization and a specific return address.
    ●Return the product: Please return the product to the address we provide and keep the courier number for future reference.
  2. Exchange Policy
    2.1 Exchange Conditions
    ●If the product you received is defective or wrong, please apply for a replacement within 30 days of receipt.
    ●The product must be unused and with all original packaging and labels.
    2.2 Exchange Process
    ●Apply for a replacement: Please contact us by email with your order number, description of the defect or information about the wrong product.
    ●Get Authorization: We will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your application and provide a replacement authorization and return address.
    ●Return the product: Return the product to be replaced to the designated address and keep the courier number for future reference.
  3. Refund Processing
    ●The refund will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
    ●Please note that some banks or payment platforms may take a few extra days to process the refund.
  4. Shipping Policy
    ● If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defective item, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost and refund it in full when the refund is issued.
    ● Except for returns due to errors or defects, the return shipping cost in other cases will be borne by the customer.
